AWOKE IndiaThe role involves delivering financial literacy training to beneficiaries within the assigned block through daily field visits and community mobilization. The candidate is expected to build strong relationships with local stakeholders such as PRI members, community leaders, and financial service providers to support program objectives and facilitate final linkage outcomes.
In coordination with the District Coordinator (DC), the role supports the implementation of project activities, helps achieve block-level targets, and participates in regular field visits to monitor training quality, assess impact, and audit MIS data. Timely reporting of field-level challenges and ensuring accurate data collection and validation on both the RBI CFL portal and the organization’s MIS system are essential. The role also involves maintaining comprehensive documentation and adhering to all operational protocols.
Qualifications and Skills
Minimum: Higher Secondary pass; familiarity with village-level development issues.
1–2 years of experience in community outreach or mobilization.
Proficient in smartphone use and social media apps (WhatsApp, Facebook).
Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and team orientation.
High standards of ethics, integrity, and openness to learning.
Proficiency in English and Hindi; local language skills preferred.
Must own a motorcycle/scooter with a valid driving license and be willing to travel regularly within the block.
