AWOKE IndiaThe role focuses on delivering financial literacy and inclusion training across assigned villages, with regular field visits to all three CFL blocks. The individual will mobilize communities, deliver structured training programs, and support the achievement of linkage outcomes. A key part of the role includes monitoring training quality, auditing data entered into the MIS portal, and supporting Block Functionaries in reaching targets related to beneficiary outreach, village coverage, and service linkages.
Engaging effectively with stakeholders such as PRI members, community influencers, financial service providers, and government bodies is essential. The candidate will participate in local meetings (e.g., BLBC, DLRC) to present progress to sponsor banks and other stakeholders. Timely reporting of field issues, submission of bills, and accurate documentation are integral parts of the job. Regular progress reports must be submitted to the Regional Head in alignment with project guidelines
